Purley Beeches Work Party. Sat 11th May

May 11th CARING FOR OUR YOUNG TREES. Returning to old sites to ensure that our young trees have room to spread their branches. Priorities for this work party is to continue to collect cuttings and move them to the current bonfire site ready for the November bonfire, the new nettle growth on our planting sites and beside the paths needs attention, plus the holes on the green. Plenty to keep us busy, so bring those hand tools and your elevenses. As usual we start at 10am and finish at 1pm, arrive any time in between and notices from the Beech Avenue entrance will point the way to were ever we are working.
