Sanderstead Residents’ Association and the Sanderstead Councillors have funded the Christmas Lights again this year. Paul Meakin Estate Agents are kindly providing refreshments and games for the children from 5.30pm on the day of the Switch On.
Santa will be coming with Rotary Sanderstead and Selsdon to ‘press the button’ at 6pm on Saturday 25th November he will then go into his Grotto in Paul Meakin for half an hour.
All Saints’ Sanderstead will be providing a choir to sings carols and local Scout Groups, 16th Purley, 18th Purley an 19th Purley will be assisting.
Do come and join in this festive celebration.
Although the switch on event is in Limpsfield Road near the recreation ground, lights will also go on at Hamsey Green and Elmfield Way.
