Outside of our area but probably of interest to our residents, the planning application for a Marks and Spencer food hall together with flexible space for studios and offices, has been submitted. This is on the site of the old Milk and More Dairy on the Brighton Road. The developers claim that the public consultation gave the proposal nearly 100% support. The original building will be retained and there will be 70 parking spaces.
