Croydon Council have just finalised the sale of the Priscilla’s cafe site and it is going to be a design studio opening in the summer. Here’s a message from the owners:
Hello Sanderstead…. Welcome to The Hive Design Studio, a new studio space that will host creative sessions and workshops, bringing together the very best artisans in an array of creative fields such as painting, sculpting, pottery, illustration, crafting, floristry and basketry. We will be running dedicated classes for both children and adults to learn, socialise, create and relax. A sanctuary in Sanderstead, our mission is to build a creative and friendly space.
