Once again the Gruffy Fayre was a hub of activity – the sunny weather helping.
There was a constant long queue for the ice cream van and the bbq and refreshments tent was busy all afternoon. With a climbing wall, bouncy castle and lots of different stalls there was a lot to do.
The cubs football tournament was won by 19th Purley – well done!
SRA had a stall and we were busy. We met lots of our members and signed up some new ones too. We always enjoy meeting and talking to residents at these events.
The Sanderstead Councillors and Mayor Jason Perry were there for a while too.
Thank you as ever to 16th Purley who put on such a good fayre – we look forward to Gruffy 2026!
